This is a fan-made, non-commercial ProTanki community site. It has no user accounts, no ads, and no third-party analytics or trackers. It's run by a single admin, reachable via Discord (see Contact below). Here's exactly what it does keep, and why:
Every request logs your IP address, browser user-agent string, and timestamp. This happens regardless of your cookie choice below -- it's the minimum needed to detect and block abusive traffic (rate limiting, spam, scraping) and keep the site online, which we consider a legitimate interest rather than something that needs separate consent. It is not shared, sold, or used for advertising, and old entries are periodically purged rather than kept indefinitely.
cc_consent): remembers whether you accepted or rejected the visitor-counting cookie below. Always set once you've made a choice; this one's exempt from asking for consent since it exists purely to remember your preference.visitor_id): a random, anonymous identifier with no personal info in it, kept for about 13 months. Only set if you click "Accept" on the cookie notice. Used to count unique visitors and, alongside your IP, spot abusive traffic. If you click "Reject" (or never respond), this cookie is never set and your visits aren't tied together. You can change your mind any time -- see the link at the bottom of this page.Usernames you search, or add to a clan tracker or Discord sync automation, are stored so the site can show online/offline status for them. This is public in-game information, not personal data about you as a visitor.
If you create a Discord sync automation, its name/password and webhook URL are stored so you can manage it later. The password is stored hashed, never in plain text.
This site isn't directed at children and isn't knowingly used to collect data from anyone under 13 (or the minimum age required to consent to data processing in your country, if higher). If you believe a child has provided personal information here, contact us using the details below and we'll remove it.
You can accept or reject the visitor-counting cookie at any time -- use the cookie preferences link to change your choice. You can also ask us to tell you what data we hold tied to a username or IP you control, or to delete it, by reaching out via Discord below. We'll respond as soon as we reasonably can.
